Your 100% satisfaction is really important to us! We offer a 30-days easy return and exchange policy from the day the item is delivered.  

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund or exchange of your product - your choice. 

For returns or exchanges, please email info@coilycables.com. Please include your order number, name on the order, and the reason for the return or exchange.

When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a refund or exchange confirmation.

Once the refund is approved, you have a choice of receiving store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. Store credits are processed within 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
