For returns or exchanges, please email info@coilycables.com. Please include your order number, name on the order, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a refund or exchange confirmation.
Once the refund is approved, you have a choice of receiving store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. Store credits are processed within 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
